Join us for William's walk during the Harvest Festival at St. Benedict's. This walk retraces the journey made by William, priest of Dode, to St. Benedict’s church in Paddlesworth when Dode ceased to be used as a parish church in 1367.

About the event
This is a free RSVP event and aligns with the Harvest Festival at St Benedict's Church, paddlesworth.
The circular walk will conveniently start St. benedict's Paddlesworth at 1pm where your guide, Bernard will be waiting for you. From there we will walk to Dode church via the Pilgrim's Way and Holly Hill Woodland. You'll have time there to enjoy the grounds of the Lost village of Dode and Dode Church itself. From there we will depart for St. Benedict's Church in Paddlesworth for the actual part of William's walk. The walk will lead us through beautiful ancient woodland and farming fields with magnificent views of the Kent countryside.
We'll be arriving back at St. Benedict's in Paddlesworth around 3pm, where you can join the Harvest Festival.
